PACS在放射科影像质量管理中的应用价值

摘要

Objective: To determine the value of PACS for image quality control. Methods: The images obtained by DR, X-ray and CT were analyzed in quality with PACS since its use. Results: The image quality could be well controlled through using PACS and its quality has been improved since the use of PACS. Conclusion: It is necessary to use PACS to control the image quality due to profound functions.%目的：探讨医学影像存档与通信系统（picture archiving and communication system PACS）在放射科影像质量管理中的应用价值。方法：对我科使用PACS网络以来的DR、X射线和CT检查的影像，利用PACS网络进行全面的影像质量控制。结果：建立在以PACS系统为基础的影像质量管理流程，能对放射科的影像质量进行全面的掌控，相比使用PACS系统以前放射科的影像质量水平有了大幅度提高。结论：随着PACS系统的全面应用，放射科的检查数量和影像质量与过去相比都有了大幅度的提高。利用PACS的强大功能来加强放射科影像质量的管理非常之必要。
