实验教学中多维度教学法培养本科护生综合能力的探讨

     

摘要

目的:探讨护理实验教学中运用多维度教学法培养本科护生综合能力的效果。方法:将2008级、2009级本科护生分为对照组和试验组,分别采用传统的教学方式和多维度教学方式教学,进行期末考试成绩和综合能力问卷调查结果的比较。结果:两组本科护生在考试成绩和综合能力方面具有显著差异(t=5.93,P〈0.01)。结论:多维度教学法有利于提高本科护生的综合能力,护理实验教学中可以根据不同的项目特点,选择性采用多维度教学模式。%Objective: To explore the impact of multiple dimensions of teaching on developing college nursing students' comprehensive ability. Methods: The college nursing students in grade 2008 and 2009 were divided into a control group and a experimental group. The control group was taught by traditional teaching method and the experimental group was taught by multiple dimensions of teaching. The scores of the final examination and comprehensive ability survey results were compared between the two groups. Results: The differences in examination scores and comprehensive ability between the two groups were significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Multiple dimensions of teaching is beneficial to improve college nursing students' comprehensive ability, so it is suggested that multiple dimensions of teaching can be chosen according to different characteristics of the projects in nursing experimental teaching.
