促甲状腺素酶联免疫吸附试验在新生儿疾病筛查中的应用

目的：探讨新生儿疾病筛查中促甲状腺素(TSH)酶联免疫吸附试验操作实验的影响因素，有效控制实验结果的准确度，避免假阳性结果的出现。方法：对每次实验结果进行认真分析，总结其实验结果的影响因素。结果：通过进行TSH酶联免疫吸附试验操作实验，有效提高了实验结果的准确性，减少了实验结果的假阳性和召回率，节约了人力和物力。结论：在实际TSH酶联免疫吸附试验操作实验中的经验总结简明、实用，能有效地控制好实验的精确度，提高实验结果的准确度，适宜推广。%Objective:To explore the influence factors of TSH ELISA test in neonatal diseases screening, ensure the accuracy of the test results and reduce the experimental results of false positive. Methods:To analyze the results from every test and summarize the factors that influence the outcome results. Results:The TSH ELIASA test can improve the results accuracy, reduce the experimental results of false positive, save the supplies and human resources. Conclusion:The experience from this test should be summarized and it can improve the test accuracy and it should be spreaded.
