Objective: Synthetic biology is a newly cross-disciplinary science and it promotes the rapid development of the field of biology, medicine and chemical synthesis. Also it brings a lot of biosafety issues. Through analysing the current international and domestic policies, we intented to provide reference to the management of synthetic biology. Methods: By combining with synthetic biology research and policies, we analyzed the potential biosafety issues and limitations of current management laws and regulations. Results: Foreign management experience and limitations of the existing laws and regulations provide reference to our management of synthetic biology. Conclusion: In view of the fact that the domestic synthetic biology is still in its infancy, the management files should be consistent with the goal of promoting the development of the discipline..%目的:合成生物学是新兴的交叉学科,在其推动了生物、医学及化学合成等领域的快速发展的同时,也带来了许多生物安全问题.通过对目前国内外政策的分析,为合成生物学的管理总结经验.方法:结合合成生物学的主要研究内容和国内外的相关政策,分析潜在的生物安全和管理文件不严谨、不全面的问题.结果:国外管理文件的经验和局限性为如何对合成生物学进行管理提供了参考.结论:鉴于国内的合成生物学尚在起步阶段,本着促进发展的目标制定管理文件是更合理的做法.
