SW音乐治疗对亚健康人群及高血压患者的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective: To observe the effect of Shen Wu’s music therapy (SW music therapy) on sub-health crowd and hypertension patients by evaluating the variation of blood pressure, heart rate and the degree of subjective discomfort in the course of therapy. Methods: 30 sub-health subjects, among which 6 patients were suffering early-middle stage of essential hypertension were selected and treated with SW music therapy. The treatment plan is varied based on different subjects. Results: i) SW music therapy can instantly reduce the blood pressure among hypertensive. ii) SW music therapy has an effect on changing both of heart rate and respiratory rate. iii) A significantly improvement of sub-healthy conditions achieved a satisfactory result of therapy.Conclusion:Through the study, we consider the SW music therapy has great foreground in treatment of hypertension and prevention of sub-health status.%目的：观察吴慎音乐(SW音乐)对亚健康人群及高血压患者干预治疗的效果，评价SW音乐理疗过程中人体生理血压、心律的变化，以及身体主观性不适症状的改变。方法：选择30例亚健康者，其中有早中期原发性高血压病患者6例，依据SW音乐制定的预期方案进行治疗。结果：①音乐治疗对高血压病患者有即时降压作用；②音乐治疗能影响高血压病患者的心律、呼吸和血压；③对亚健康症状的改善明显，取得满意治疗结果。结论：亚健康人群及高血压患者听SW音乐对治疗高血压病及预防亚健康有一定的价值，值得进一步研究。
