病历复印法律知识在医院病案管理中的应用探讨

摘要

Objective:Discussing relevant law regulations abided in the hospital medical record management, and regulating the medical records copying process. To improve the medical record management level and the quality of service. Methods: By understanding the patient photocopying and requirement, the copy system was specified to avoid the dispute of medical record copy. Results:Therefore, how to strengthen up medical record management, control and record the relevant laws and regulations, explore, think and solve problems in the work, improve the copy process, and implement of humanized service, this paper discussed them in five aspects from the familiar with medical record copy of the relevant legal knowledge to positively doing the management of medical record copy striving to make copy of medical record management, and improving the quality of medical record copy management and medical record copy of the humanized service. Conclusion:This study is important for the hopspital to strengthen the hospital medical record management, promote the standardization of the medical record management copying work and improve the quality of medical record management and service, and also puts forward new ideas for the work of medical record management to develop in the direction of humanized service.%目的：探讨医院病案管理中应遵循的相关法律、条例，规范病例复印流程，以提高病案管理水平和服务质量。方法：通过了解患者复印情况和需求，规范复印制度，避免出现病案复印纠纷。结果：加强病案管理，掌握与病案相关法律法规知识，解决工作中存在的问题，优化病历复印流程，开展人性化服务。结论：本研究对加强医院病案管理，促进病案管理复印工作的规范化和提升病案管理与服务质量有重要意义，对于病案管理工作向人性化方向发展提出了新的思路。
