EXCEL函数计算方法在医院科室绩效统计中的应用

摘要

Conclusion:Inspire staff enthusiasm, to strengthen the medical management has a guiding role.%目的：将EXCEL函数算法用于统计医院外科手术加班绩效，了解各科加班频率，便于领导者及时做出决策，合理统筹调配资源。方法：运用时间函数和逻辑判断函数自动计算，最后运用数据透视表功能进行统计。结果：统计结果显示，妇产科、骨科、胸外科、泌尿外科及普外科加班频率多，为护士长进行护理管理提供参考数据，便于合理实施弹性排班，优化工作流程；同时使护士工作由被动状态变为主动状态，避免工作相互推诿，实现了劳动报酬与工作业绩密切相关。结论：该方法的应用激励医务人员积极性，对加强医疗管理有指导作用。
