全视野数字化乳腺X射线摄影质量控制与管理前后影像质量评价

摘要

目的：对全视野数字化乳腺X射线摄影质量控制前、后的影像质量进行评价研究。方法：回顾性分析接受全数字化乳腺X射线摄影的636名受检者乳腺资料，其中质量控制前、后乳腺X射线影像资料分别为248名和388名，得出质量控制前、后两组图像的甲级片率、乙级片率、丙级片率和废片率，并对非甲级片原因进行分析。结果：实施质量控制后，乳腺摄影图像甲级片率由质量控制前的74.5%上升到90.5%。结论：通过质量控制与管理，乳腺X射线摄影图像质量明显提高，从而为临床提供高质量影像资料，减少漏诊和误诊。%Objective:To assess the Full-Field Digital Mammography image quality before and after quality control and quality management.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 636 cases Full-Field Digital Mammography breast data, before and after quality control and quality management were 248 cases and 388 cases respectively, get image quality ratio of class A, class B, class C and waste, and analyze of the causes of class B, class C and waste.Results: The image quality ratio of class A rise from 74.5% to 90.5% after quality control and quality management.Conclusion:Through quality control and quality management improve the image quality, thereby providing high quality image data for clinical, decreasing the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
