基层医院国产与进口超声设备在正常阑尾超声检查中的对比研究

摘要

Objective: The article is to compare differences between domestic ultrasonic equipments and imported ultrasonic equipments in displaying normal appendix structures, and discuss the feasibility that basic-level hospitals use domestic ultrasound devices to examine appendix. Methods: Fourty-one asymptomatic medical examiners are scanned in appendix in turns in domestic ultrasonic equipments and imported ultrasonic equipment. And the root, lumen and boundary of the normal appendix are observed. They are analyzed and contrasted by clarity of image’s two-dimensional structures and fine structures. It is evaluated and scored by semi-quantitative assessments. Exact probability method is used for statistical analysis. Results:Among normal people’s 41 cases (more than 4 points are belonged to the level of clear display), the whole clear display rate of appendix in domestic ultrasonic equipments is 92.7%, that in imported ultrasonic equipment is 97.6%. The total score of appendix in domestic ultrasonic equipments is 530, and that in imported colored ultrasonic equipments is 567 points(x2=1.885, x2=4.316, x2=1.584;P>0.05). Conclusion:In basic-level hospitals, there are no significant differences in display of normal appendix between domestic ultrasonic equipments and imported ultrasonic equipments. Domestic ultrasonic equipments can be popularized in basic-level hospitals.%目的：比较国产与进口超声设备在显示正常阑尾结构之间的差异，探讨基层医院利用国产超声设备进行阑尾超声检查的可行性。方法：采用国产超声设备与进口超声设备分别对41名无症状体检人员进行阑尾扫查留图，并对正常阑尾的根部、管腔及边界依次进行观察，从图像二维结构显示的清晰度及二维精细结构显示的清晰度两方面进行对比分析，用半定量评分表评判记分，利用确切概率法进行统计学分析。结果：41名正常人中(4分以上为清晰显示)国产超声设备阑尾整体清晰显示率为92.7%，进口超声设备的整体清晰显示率为97.6%。国产超声正常阑尾显示总评分为530分，进口超声正常阑尾显示总评分为567分，两者整体显示、腔内透声及边界评分相比较，其差异无统计学意义(x2=1.885，x2=4.316，x2=1.584；P＞0.05)。结论：在基层医院，国产超声设备在正常阑尾显示方面与进口超声设备比较无显著性差异，国产超声设备可以在基层医院进行普及推广。
