Objective:To explore the effect of polysulphone membranes dialyzer on serum levels ofβ2-microglobulin in the hemodialysis maintenamce patients.Methods: Forty-five patients who need long-term hemodialysis in jiaxing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into polysulphone membranes group and polyamide membranes group. The blood samples were collected at pre-dialysis and post-dialysis. Variables determined included blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine andβ2-microglobulin. Results: There were no significant changes either in blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine level of post-dialysis or inKt/V(P>0.05).The level ofβ2-microglobulin decreased remarkably in polysulphone membranes group, but tiny difference in polyamide membranes group. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Polysulphone membranes can reduce the level ofβ2-microglobulin effectively, but has no significant effect on blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine .%目的:研究聚醚砜膜透析器对慢性血液透析患者血清β2微球蛋白(β2MG)水平的影响。方法:选择45例病情稳定、血透时间>3个月的患者,根据使用透析膜材质的不同将其随机分为聚醚砜膜组(A组)和聚酰胺膜组(B组)。A组24例,使用DIAPES BLS512SD透析器;B组21例,使用GAMBRO Polyflux 14L透析器。留取患者透析前、后的静脉血,测定血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)及β2MG水平。结果:两组患者透析后BUN、Cr均明显下降,组间相比无差异。A组透析前、后β2MG显著下降,B组透析前、后β2MG差异不明显,组间相比差异有统计学意义(t=0.54,P<0.05)。两组Kt/V组间相比无差异。结论:聚醚砜膜和聚酰胺膜均能有效清除血液透析患者血液中的小分子毒素,两组相比无明显差异,A组对β2MG的清除能力明显优于B组。
