CT及低场MRI在颅内海绵状血管瘤中的对比研究

摘要

Objective:onto discuss the need to translate two checking methods for low-field MRI and CT in detecting intracranial cavernous Hemangioma of the pros and cons of the joint and its clinical value. Methods:Twenty three confirmed cases of intracranial cavernous Angioma were chosen, which 2 cases of intracerebral cavernous Hemangioma, cavernous Angioma of the brain shape 3.23 cases of CT and MRI examinations. Comparative Analysis Case 23 sponge vascular tumor lesion CT and MRI performance and the diagnostic results, Using CT, MRI and CT+MRI methods.Against the separate CT, MRI and the United CT+MRI the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and detection rate. Results:CT and low field MRI diagnosis sex of sensitivity respectively for 54%and 75.6%, special heterosexual respectively for 63.5%and 79%, accuracy respectively for 47.8%and 74.0%, seized out rate respectively for 43%and 84%;joint CT and low field MRI two kind of check method, diagnosis skull within sponge form vascular tumor of sensitivity increase to 87.2%, seized out rate for 98%, peculiarities sex and accuracy are increase to 82.4%and 85.3%. Its accuracy and the detection rate was statistically significant (x2=7.26, x2=16.73;P<0.01). Conclusion:Diagnosis of intracranial cavernous Hemangioma, MRI compared with CT have advantages combine the two methods, more conducive to disease detection, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy have different levels.%目的：探讨CT及低场MRI两种检查方法在检测颅内海绵状血管瘤方面的优劣及其联合诊断的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析研究经手术和病理证实的23例颅内海绵状血管瘤病例资料，其中脑内型海绵状血管瘤20例，脑外型海绵状血管瘤3例。23例患者均进行CT及MRI检查，并分析比较海绵状血管瘤病灶的CT和MRI表现及其诊断结果，采用CT、MRI、CT+MRI方法，对照单独进行CT、MRI及联合CT+MRI应用的敏感性、特异性、准确性及检出率。结果：单独采用CT和低场MRI诊断的灵敏度分别为54.0%和75.6%，特异度分别为63.5%和79.0%，准确率分别为47.8%和74.0%，检出率分别为43%和84%；联合CT+低场MRI两种检查方法，诊断颅内海绵状血管瘤的灵敏度提高到87.2%，检出率为98%，特异度和准确率均提高到82.4%和85.3%。其准确率及检出率差异有统计学意义(x2=7.26，x2=16.73；P＜0.01)。结论：在诊断颅内海绵状血管瘤方面，MRI较CT具有优势；结合CT+MRI两种检查方法，更有助于病变的检测，其灵敏度、特异度及准确率均有不同程度提高。
