超声切割止血刀的应用、管理与维护

摘要

Objective:To explore the intraoperative application, daily management and maintenance of laparosonic coagulating shears.Methods: We discussed preoperative preparations and intraoperative methods about laparosonic coagulating shears, carried out good daily management and maintenance and strengthened personnel training.Results: The efficiency and effect of laparosonic coagulating shears have been improved significantly and the failure rate decreased by about 50%. The use times of the shears head were kept in 6±2 times, and the average time of use extended about 30%.Conclusion: It must be paid attention to various influencing factors of application, management and maintenance about laparosonic coagulating shears, to ensure the successful completion of surgery and better serve to the patients.%目的：探讨超声切割止血刀在手术中的应用、日常管理与维护。方法：规范超声切割止血刀术前准备和术中使用方法，制订超声切割止血刀的日常管理与维护，对设备使用人员实施业务培训。结果：通过对超声切割止血刀的管理和维护，显著提高了设备的使用效率和使用效果，全年故障率下降约50%，刀头使用次数保持在6±2次，平均使用时间延长约30%。结论：重视超声切割止血刀在使用中的各种影响因素，并对其进行有效管理和维护，方能确保手术顺利完成，从而更好地服务于患者。
