高校实验动物资源供应管理的优化模式研究

Objective:According to the characteristics and the existing problems of laboratory animal resources supply in the Colleges and Universities, through the practice exploring the relevant management methods of laboratory animal resources supply, to improve the efficiency of laboratory animal resources supply management.Methods: The Colleges and Universities laboratory animal unified procurement, management of experimental animals used in teaching, management of experimental animals used in scientific research and experimental animal information platform were integrated and optimized, and the methods and standards were put forward to strengthen management.Results: The standardization of laboratory animal resource supply was realized, compared with that in the previous year with nearly 40% of the work efficiency greatly improving.Conclusion: The standardization of laboratory animal resource supply management has important significance for the laboratory animal technical service and campus biological safety work in Colleges and Universities.%目的：在分析当前高校实验动物资源供应的特点和存在的问题基础上，探索高校实验动物资源供应的相关管理方法与管理模式优化，以提升高校实验动物资源供应管理的效能。方法：从高校实验动物统一采购、教学用实验动物管理、科研用实验动物管理及实验动物信息化平台建立等系列流程实验动物资源供应管理进行系统整合和优化，提出加强管理的办法与操作规范。结果：实现了实验动物资源供应的规范化，较往年同期增加了近40%的工作效率。结论：实验动物资源供应管理的规范化，提升了高校实验动物技术服务能力与质量。
