南宁婴儿出生缺陷干预综合信息管理平台的设计与应用

     

摘要

Objective:To design the comprehensive information management platform for infant birth defects in order to provide an information service and integrated management platform for the high issued birth defects of the disease groups, reduce the rate of birth defects and improve population quality.Methods: Based on development of B/S pattern, integrated information management platform for infant birth defects was designed.Results: Developing this platform for infant birth defects in Nanning is based on the protection and intervention of birth defects at all levels of protection screening, diagnosis, intervention, rehabilitation, follow-up, quality control and integration. In 30 June 2014, the platform has recorded a total of 15228 screening examination data for 3087 home services.Conclusion: The information management platform for infant birth defects in Nanning was an effective measure to reduce the rate of birth defects.%目的:设计婴儿出生缺陷干预的综合信息管理平台,为南宁市高发出生缺陷疾病的群体提供信息化服务和综合管理平台,以降低出生人口缺陷率,提高出生人口素质。方法:采用浏览器与服务器(B/S)结构,以网络平台、网络管理软件及数据库的开发模式,设计与应用于婴儿出生缺陷干预的综合信息管理平台。结果:开发出从婴儿出生缺陷筛查-诊断-干预-康复-随访-质量控制一体化的南宁市婴儿出生缺陷干预综合信息管理平台。应用该系统已录入筛查数据共计15228条,为3087个家庭提供服务。结论:婴儿出生缺陷干预的综合信息管理平台的设计与应用,可根据本地区的具体情况建立婴儿出生缺陷干预综合信息管理互动平台和干预数据库,为降低婴儿出生缺陷率提供有效途径。
