SPECT及SPECT/CT设备配置要求与选型方案

摘要

目的：探讨核医学科建设中SPECT、SPECT/CT设备的配置及选型。方法：根据SPECT、SPECT/CT的原理、结构和技术特点，分析讨论医疗机构核医学科SPECT、SPECT/CT配置与选型规则。结果：①选择SPECT和SPECT/CT机型时需关注其主要技术规格、性能指标、配套设备及放射防护用品；②按照SPECT、SPECT/CT可选机型的选型规则进行配置。结论：SPECT及SPECT/CT设备配置要求与选型方案给出了医疗机构建设核医学中SPECT和SPECT/CT的配置与选型的规则，可为医疗机构建设核医学科配置SPECT、SPECT/CT提供参考依据。%Objective:To investigate the equipment requirements and selection of SPECT and SPECT/CT for establishment in the department of nuclear medicine. Methods:According to the principles and technical characteristics of SPECT and SPECT/CT equipment, how to select the PET/CT equipment type were analyzed and discussed for a hospital to establish a department of nuclear medicine. Results:①The requirements for technical parameters and performance indexes of SPECT and SPECT/CT, accessory equipments and radiation protection articles were presented.②The available SPECT and SPECT/CT equipment types were showed. Conclusion:The information and suggestions about SPECT and SPECT/CT equipment selection for hospitals provide the basis for establishing a department of nuclear medicine.
