地市级医院医疗设备维修模式探索

摘要

Objective: To explore the maintenance management mode of medical equipment in municipal hospitals, improve maintenance efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure the quality of maintenance. Methods:The maintenance mode of municipal hospitals in Jiangsu Province was studied and the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Combined with the focus of three maintenance strategies, the appropriate measures were developed and the maintenance costs and maintenance satisfaction were compared longitudinally. Results:According to the optimized maintenance services, some measures were adopted, such as the preventive maintenance, setting up patrol emergency repair team, regulating the equipment maintenance records, quality and safety testing after maintenance and so on. Then the maintenance costs could be reduced and the satisfaction of the clinical repair was improved. Conclusion:According to the actual situation, such as the staff, equipment and technology in the municipal hospitals, the appropriate maintenance mode and technical solution can improve the maintenance efficiency and ability of medical equipments and ensure the safety of clinical applications.%目的：探讨地市级医院医疗设备维修管理模式，提高维修效率，降低维修成本，保障维修质量。方法：调研地市级三级医院的维修模式，分析其优势及缺点，结合实际调整事后维修、定期维修和状态维修这三种维修策略的侧重点，制定相应措施，纵向对比维修费用与维修满意度。结果：按照最优化确定维修服务来源，采用预防性维修、设置巡查急修小组、规范设备维修记录以及维修后质量安全检测等措施，使维修成本降低，临床维修满意度得到提升。结论：地市级医院根据自身人员、设备及技术水平的实际情况，采用适宜的医疗设备维修管理模式和解决方案，能够提升医疗设备维修效率，保障临床医疗安全。
