基于单片机的双通道静脉输液装置的设计

             

摘要

Objective:To design automatic infusion device for changing fluid in time, and ensure the treatment effect.Methods:Two bottles of liquid without compatibility taboo suspension in advance on the device, when started conduct channel 1, block channel 2, through a sensor acquisition channel of transfusion bottle infusion, when the infusion is finished, blocking channel 1, conduct channel 2, begin to infusion, the same sensor timing acquisition two channels of the infusion bottle infusion, transfusion is complete, blocking two channels, singing sound prompt. Results: This design can realize automatic in liquid intravenous fluids, the whole process automation in liquid without personnel guards.Conclusion: This design can effectively overcome the phenomenon that intravenous infusion in fluid not in time to reduce the work burden of nursing staff, improve work efficiency, reduce the medical risk, has great clinical value.%目的:设计一种可自动换液的装置,以使医院患者静脉输液时换液及时,保证治疗效果.方法:采用传感器定时采集双通道输液瓶的输液信息的方法,提前将2瓶无配伍禁忌的液体悬挂于该装置上,开始输液时一通道导通,双通道阻断,通过传感器定时采集一通道输液瓶的输液情况,当输液完成时,阻断一通道,导通二通道,开始输液;传感器定时采集二通道输液瓶的输液情况,当输液完成时,阻断二通道,鸣音提示.结果:该装置可在静脉输液时自动换液,整个换液过程无需专人看守,实现静脉输液自动化.结论:双通道静脉输液装置可有效克服静脉输液时的换液不及时现象,从而减轻医护人员的工作负担,提高工作效率,降低医疗风险,具有临床推广价值.
