目的:解决在用医疗设备安全监测中发现的问题,确保医疗设备安全有效使用.方法:医疗设备管理部门定期巡查在用医疗设备,对设备巡查期间发现的问题进行统计,分析其主要问题的原因所在,针对这些原因采取开展培训、统一管理和加强巡查等措施来解决问题.结果:在医疗设备巡查中发现的主要问题分别为设备存在故障、各种标识不完整和保养记录不完整.造成以上3个主要问题的原因为临床工作量大、设备管理部门未统一管理要求及缺乏相关培训等.询查期间设备故障率统计分析显示,巡查问题数量和设备故障率较上一年度明显下降,并且整体呈下降趋势.结论:医疗设备安全监测对于在用医疗设备的安全使用起到保障作用,设备巡查中发现的问题可及时得到解决,医疗设备的安全管理水平得到明显提高.%Objective:To solve the problems that were found during safety monitoring of using medical equipment so as to ensure safe and effective usage of them.Methods: Management department of medical equipment regularly patrolled to inspect using medical equipments. The problems that were found during inspection further were counted, and then the reasons of relevant main problems were further analyzed. And aimed at these reasons, a series of measurements including carried out training, unified management of requirement and intensive inspection were applied to solve these problems.Results: The main problems that were found during inspections included malfunction of equipment, incompletion of various logo and incompletion of maintenance record. The reasons of causing the three main problems were larger clinical workload, non-unified management requirement of management department and lack of relevant training. The fault rate of equipments during inspection revealed that the number of problems and fault rate after implemented inspection have been obviously decreased than that of last year, and the whole trend was decreasing.Conclusion: The safe monitoring of medical equipment can ensure the safe use for using medical equipment, thereby the problems were found during inspection can be solved in time, and the management level about safety can be obviously enhanced.
