医学影像教学翻转课堂的应用探析

     

摘要

目的:促进医学影像教学改革,发挥教辅人员在医学影像教学翻转课堂的作用,提高教学质量.方法:分析研究当前医学影像翻转课堂教学过程当中所出现的资源学习渠道较窄,学生自律能力、交流互动能力不高等问题,发挥教辅人员的作用,引导学生明确学习任务,科学合理安排学习进程,做好课堂前后做好教学准备和交流;利用课堂外时间,在互联网等平台进行医学影像的学习与交流,沟通解决师生之间的教学疑惑.结果:医学影像翻转课堂的教学资源得到充实,教辅人员有效发挥了在指导学生合理选择教学资源等方面的作用;教学改革顺利实施,教学质量明显提高.结论:随着互联网的普及和计算机技术的飞速发展,学生获取知识的渠道呈多元化.本研究在认证了教学翻转课堂在医学影像教学中的显著作用时,针对存在的诸多问题,发挥教辅人员在教学中的互补作用,改进和完善教学方法,促进医学影像教学翻转课堂健康发展.%Objective: To promote the reform of medical imaging teaching, and let teaching assistant staffs to play role in flipped classroom of medical imaging teaching, and improve the teaching quality. Methods: To analyze the current different problems in flipped classroom of medical imaging, such as narrower way of learning resource, poorer self-discipline ability and interaction ability; let teaching assistant staffs to play role in guiding students in defining learning task, in arranging learning progress with science and possibility, in taking teaching preparation and communication before and after class; take advantage of spare time to learn and communicate for medical imaging by using internet platform etc.; and resolve teaching doubts between teacher and student by communication. Results: The teaching reform was smoothly and quickly implemented, and the teaching quality was obviously improved. Conclusion: With the popularization of internet and the rapid development of computer technology, the learning ways of requiring knowledge has appeared diversification trend. This research let teaching assistant staffs to finish complementation in teaching, improve teaching methods, and promote sound development of flipped classroom in medical imaging teaching faced to existent series of problems after affirm its significant effect.
