X射线数字断层融合技术在鼻骨骨折诊断中的应用

         

摘要

Objective: To discuss the application value of X-ray digital tomosynthesis (DTS) in the diagnosis for fracture of nasal bone. Methods: 72 patients with fracture of nasal bone were enrolled in the retrospective analysis, and all of patients underwent conventional photography on the side position of nasal bone of digital radiography (DR) system and photography of X-ray DTS, respectively. The results of diagnosis of the two kinds of methods were compared and analyzed, and the image qualities of them were further observed and compared. Results: The confirmed cases of DTS technique for the fracture of nasal bone were 72 cases (confirmed rate was 100%) while the confirmed cases of conventional DR were 63 cases (confirmed rate was 87.5%). And the difference of confirmed rate between the two kinds of methods was significant (x2=4.0, P<0.05) Besides, the images of 72 cases could clearly show the linear fracture on nasal bone when the DTS was applied to detect them. Conclusion: The image resolution of DTS was significantly higher than that of conventional DR. Therefore, it has higher practical value on imaging diagnosis for fracture of nasal bone.%目的:探讨X射线数字断层融合(DTS)技术在鼻骨骨折诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取72例临床确诊为鼻骨骨折患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者均采用常规数字X射线摄影(DR)系统鼻骨侧位摄影及DTS摄影,对比分析两种检查方法的诊断结果,并观察对比两种检查方法的图像质量.结果:DTS技术对于鼻骨骨折明确诊断72例(占100%),常规DR摄影明确诊断63例(占87.5%),两种检查方法比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=4.0,P<0.05);72例患者采用DTS技术其图像均可清楚显示有线状骨折.结论:DTS技术的图像清晰度明显高于常规DR摄影,对鼻骨骨折的影像诊断具有较高的实用价值.
