加强继续医学教育建设提升基层医师综合业务素质的一些设想

摘要

针对我国基层县、乡镇、社区及村卫生人才资源匮乏、学历及职称结构不合理等问题,借鉴国外经验,探讨并提出深化继续医学教育、提升基层医师综合业务素质的一些设想.%In view of the problems such as inadequate health personnel in China' counties, communities and villages, as well as unsound structure of academic- degrees and academic titles, this paper learns from the experience abroad and discusses our thoughts on deepening continuing medical education and improving the comprehensive professional quality of doctors at grassroot-level hospitals.
