新一轮医改背景下加快推进医院信息化建设探讨

摘要

Based on the new round of medical system reform background and objectives and requirements of the Twelfth Five-year Plan, the paper analyzes the content and development stages of hospital information construction. Then it makes a comprehensive analysis of the main factors constraining hospital information construction regarding concepts, planning, financial investment, standardization and personnel construction. Finally, it puts forward some targeted suggestions to accelerate hospital information construction.%结合当前新一轮医改背景及“十二五”规划纲要目标要求,介绍了医院信息化的内涵及主要发展阶段,并从思想观念、规划制定、资金投入、规范标准、人才队伍等方面分析了制约医院信息化建设的主要因素.同时结合各地实际情况,有针对性地提出加快推进我国医院信息化建设的建议.
