谈“博士论坛”及“百家讲坛”在军医院校博士生创新培养中的应用

针对军医院校特点和博士生教育培养工作过程的实际,在坚持以人才培养为中心的基础上,配合常规教学,介绍了以“博士论坛”、“百家讲坛”为载体的军医院校博士生创新培养的一些做法及效果.%In view of the characteristics of military medical universities and actuality of doctoral education as well as on the basis of centering on talents training combined with conventional teaching, this paper introduces our practice and effectiveness of innovation-oriented education for doctoral candidates at military medical universities by means of Doctoral Candidates'Forum and Lecture Room.
