穿刺模拟人在内科护理学教学中的应用研究

         

摘要

Objective To observe the teaching effects of puncture simulators in teaching of internal medicine nursing .Methods Totally 140 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .The experimental group practiced pleural puncture and abdominal puncture on multifunctional puncture simulators while the control group just watched puncture videos .Results The experimental group had a significantly higher total score of operating than the control group ( P<0 .05 ) . The experimental group was also significantly superior to the control group in preoperative preparation , operation process , proficiency and aseptic operation , but not in puncture site . Conclusion Multifunctional puncture simulator significantly improves students 'practice ability, but it has its limitations and remains to be further improved.%目的研究多功能穿刺模拟人在内科护理学教学中的教学效果。方法140名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在多功能模拟人身上练习胸腔穿刺和腹腔穿刺术,对照组观看穿刺视频。结果实验组操作总成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在术前准备、操作过程、熟练程度、无菌操作方面,实验组明显优于对照组,而在穿刺部位问题上无统计学意义。结论多功能穿刺模拟人显著提高了学生的实践操作能力,教学效果显著,但有其局限性,有待进一步提高。
