SimMan综合模拟人在《内科护理学》实验教学中的应用探讨

         

摘要

Objective the application of SimMan simulator to change the traditional “in Department of internal medicine nursing” teaching mode in experimental teaching, discusses its application effect and feasibility analysis, to cultivate students’ experimental ability.Methods 100 college students of 2014 grade nursing were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group using the theory of traditional teaching method; the experimental group was treated with integrated SimMan simulation of “Department of internal medicine nursing” experimental teaching. Ability with the questionnaires of the two groups of students for analysis, evaluation.Results the theory exam achievement test group of students and operation skill scores were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), and the comprehensive ability evaluation of test group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion the application of SimMan simulator for “Department of internal medicine nursing” teaching experiment, and can effectively improve the student’s ability to communicate, holistic nursing ability, innovation ability, is conducive to the cultivation of nursing students’ team spirit, worthy of further promotion.%目的:应用SimMan 综合模拟人在《内科护理学》实验教学中改变传统授课方式,分析探讨其应用效果及可行性,培养学生的实验动手能力。方法将100名2014级护理专科学生随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用传统的理论教学方法;试验组用SimMan综合模拟人进行《内科护理学》实验教学。采用问卷调查的方式对两组学生的能力进行分析、评价。结果试验组学生的理论考试成绩以及操作技能成绩均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组的综合能力测评显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用SimMan综合模拟人进行《内科护理学》实验教学,能够有效提高学生的交流能力,整体护理能力,创新能力,有利于培养护理生的团队合作精神,值得进一步广泛推广。
