从研究生培养点评估分析医学研究生培养现状与对策

摘要

研究生培养点的建设是进行研究生培养的首要任务。通过对医学院校研究生培养点的评估，分析发现不同学科存在的一些问题，如临床医学类学科对科研工作重视不够，基础类学科学术队伍薄弱，医学技术类学科学术水平较低，等。文章针对此现状提出了几点对策：提高科研意识；改善临床培养条件；加强导师队伍建设；切实提高教学水平；创造交流合作平台；重视研究生管理，等，以期为研究生培养点的建设提供借鉴。%Construction of postgraduate programs is the most important task for training of graduate students.The evaluation of postgraduate programs at medical colleges and universities reveals some problems in various disciplines,including inadequate attention paid to scientific research in clinical medical disciplines,weak academic team of basic disciplines,and low academic level of medical technology disciplines.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the current status:enhancing research consciousness,improving clinical conditions,strengthening the construction of advisor team,raising the teaching level,creating a platform for communication and cooperation,and attaching importance to postgraduate management. We hope to provide reference for the development of postgraduate programs.
