外科手术及手术医师资质管理系统的构建与实践

摘要

Operation is a type of invasive surgical treatment,and maturity of operative technology has a direct bearing on patients'health and even life.Therefore,the operation qualification management of operative surgeons is an important component of medical quality management.The "Hospital Classification Management Approach" formulated by the former Ministry of Health gives a detailed description of operation classification management. By conforming to this standard and adopting information technology,our hospital has constructed a professional system to strengthen the management of the operation qualification of operative surgeons and standardize requirements for surgeons'individual operation qualification and operation levels.The medical department can report data based on the system, assess the condition of patients discharged from the hospital after operation every month,and use the results of each assessment as the indexes of doctor's professional promotion and clinical departments'fine management.%手术作为一种侵入性、有创的治疗手段，技术是否成熟直接关系到患者的健康甚至生命安全。因此，对外科医师的手术资质管理是医疗质量管理的重要内容。国家卫生部《医院分级管理办法》中对手术分级管理做了详细说明，医院参照此标准通过信息技术手段，构建了一个专业的系统来加强对外科医师手术资质管理，对医师个人手术资质和开展手术等级进行规范要求。医务部根据系统报表数据，可每月对出院患者术后情况进行点评，并将每次考核结果作为医师职称晋升和临床科室精细化管理指标。
