可用性评估在临床医学工程领域的应用

摘要

Objective Usability evaluation has been recognized as the critical technology to evaluate whether medical devices are successful or not. This paper summarizes the meaning , the methodology and application of usability evaluation in clinical engineering. Methods This paper mainly describes three usability methods often used in clinical engineering: the heuristic evaluation, the cognitive walkthrough, the think aloud, and then introduces specific applications of usability evaluation in clinical engineering from S aspects. Results and Conclusion Usability evaluation has its own advantages and disadvantages. The combination of different methods will be more powerful than when used in isolation. Usability evaluation is useful to find and reduce usability problems effectively. The health institutions should strengthen the understanding of usability and actively use usability and its evaluation method, avoid the risk due to the lack of usability as much as possible, improve use safety of medical devices.%目的 可用性评估已被作为评估医疗器械产品是否成功的关键技术.本文综述了可用性评估的意义、近年来在医学工程领域的研究方法及其应用.方法 本文主要介绍了三种近年常用于临床医学工程领域的可用性评估方法:启发式评估法(Heuristic Evaluation,HE)、认知走查法(Cognitive Walkthrough,CW)和有声思维法(Think Aloud,TA).并介绍了可用性在临床医学工程领域5个方面的具体应用情况.结果与结论 可用性评估方法各有利弊,不同方法的结合使用效果更好.可用性评估能够有效地发现和减少可用性问题.医疗机构应加强对可用性的理解,积极运用可用性及其评估方法,尽可能地规避因可用性缺乏造成的风险,提高医疗器械使用安全.
