IGRT技术在放射治疗摆位中的应用

     

摘要

Objective In order to study the set-up errors of Image-Guided Radiation Therapy(IGRT)during radiation therapy implementation. Methods Randomly selected 70 patients from the Tumor Radiotherapy Center, including 23 patients with head and neck tumor, 27 patients with thoracic tumor and the others with abdominal tumor, fixing the patients with thermoplastic head mold or body phantom, scanning them with CT simulative localization. During the radiotherapy, scanned the patients 3 times in the first week, and one time in one week later. Hypofractionated radiotherapy patients were also scanned with CBCT. Comparing CBCT images with CT images which generated by planning system and analyzing the setup errors. Results Chest & abdomen setup errors are the largest and head & neck setup errors are the smallest. Conclusion The IGRT can make precise treatment, and provide a guarantee to precise treatment in tumor radiotheraphy.%目的 研究图像引导放射治疗在实施过程中的摆位误差.方法 随机选取肿瘤放疗中心的70例患者,其中,头颈部肿瘤23例,胸部肿瘤27例,腹部肿瘤20例,分别采用热塑头模和体模固定,全部行CT模拟定位,患者在放疗期间第1周连续3次,以后每周1次,大分割放疗者每次均做锥束计算机体层摄影术( CBCT)扫描.将采集的CBCT图像与计划系统所生成的CT图像进行比较,并分析摆位误差.结果 胸腹部摆位误差最大,头颈部摆位误差最小.结论 IGRT能够做到真正意义上的精确治疗,为精确放疗提供技术保证.
