快读阅读器在植入体生物监测中的应用

摘要

Biological programmed cell death (PCD) is the most reliable index of sterilization effect for monitoring. Conventional biological PCD cycle is 7 days. If the implants monitoring is implemented when the results are abnormal, it is unable to enforce recall system, and therefore can not meet the demands of clinical surgery to minimize the risk of postoperative infection. This paper introduces the applicationof MTMAttestTM290 automatic reader, by which we ensured the aseptic level while sterilizing.%生物细胞程序性死亡是灭菌效果监测的最可靠指标.常规生物PCD的培养周期是7,如果实施植入体监测,当结果异常时却无法执行召回制度,因此不能满足临床手术中最大限度降低手术感染的风险.本文介绍我院应用3MTMAttestTM290自动阅读器,在植入体生物监测中培养时间快速,有效确保了整个灭菌过程达到无菌水平.
