高强度超声聚焦对肿瘤杀伤效应的应用研究

摘要

Through introducing the basic concept of tumor-killing effect of the high-intensity focused ultrasound and the theatrical experimental analysis of the mechanism, this paper points out that the main factors and the corresponding solutions in the mechanism of the killing effect of high intensity focused ultrasound. According to the technical advantages and clinical applications of higb-intensity focused ultrasound therapy, this paper summarizes that it's possible to improve the treatment rate to accommodate the treatment of greater cancer block by the combination of science, engineering, medicine, and more in-depth study and exploration.%本文介绍了高强度超声聚焦基本概念,以及高强度超声聚集对肿瘤杀伤效应机理的理论实验分析,指出了高强度超声聚焦杀伤效应机理中的主要影响因素,并提出了相应的解决办法.根据高强度超声聚焦治疗的技术优势与临床应用,有待通过理、工、医相结合进行更深入的研究探讨,从而进一步提高治疗速率以适应更大肿瘤治疗的可能性.
