临床知情就医信息系统的开发与应用

摘要

为解决医患信息不对等、患者无法获得就医知情权的问题，在深入讨论现行解决方案的基础上，我院自行设计了临床知情就医信息系统。该系统适用于综合医院，能够主动为患者提供与自身相关的各种信息，使患者能够安心、明白就医，最大限度减少医患矛盾的发生。%The patients clinical notification system is dependently designed on the basis of present solutions in the hospital so as to solve problems including the inequity of medical information between the patients and the physicians and patients' inaccessibility to the right of informed consent. The system is suitable for the hospital and could provide various information to patients so as to make patients treated clearly with less concerns, which minimizes the conlficts between doctors and patients.
