校准对电化学发光混合死腔量试剂检测结果的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the inlfuence of calibration on testing results of mixed and dead volume reagents of Roche electrochemical luminescence. Methods To test PCT values of quality control materials and patients (20 cases) with mixed and dead volume reagents before and after calibration. Then the testing results before and after calibration were compared according to the testing results of a box of new reagent. Results There were signiifcant differences between the testing results before and after calibration (P<0.05), which showed that the testing precision of mixed and dead volume reagents after calibration was higher than that of mixed and dead volume reagents before calibration. Conclusion The mixed and dead volume reagents of Roche electrochemical luminescence should be calibrated and then can be used in clinic.%目的：验证校准对罗氏电化学发光混合死腔量试剂检测结果的影响。方法分别利用校准前和校准后的降钙素原（PCT）混合死腔量试剂检测质控品及患者样本的PCT，以新开试剂检测结果为标准，比较校准前后PCT检测结果的差异。结果校准后PCT检测精度高于校准前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论罗氏电化学发光混合死腔量试剂需校准后方能使用。
