一体式吸氧雾化装置的设计与应用

     

摘要

This paper expounded design and application of an integral oxygen inhalation and atomization device, which mainly consisted of three parts: the connector, the wetting bottle connected with the connector and the lfow-meter. Among all the parts, the very core of the device was the converter inside the connector which realized the conversion between the oxygen inhalation and atomization. The converter was mainly made up of a ifxator (in which there were the oxygen inlet, atomization interface and the oxygen-filtering core interface of the wetting bottle) and the conversion valve (which was intended to control the passway port of atomization and the disconnection/connection of the oxygen-filtering core interface of the wetting bottle. This simply-structured and easy-to-operate device could realize the free conversion between oxygen inhalation and oxygen atomization and demonstrated its advantages in the reduced workloads for nurses and security assurance for patients, which was worthwhile to be applied in a wider clinical range.%本文阐述了一种一体式吸氧雾化装置的设计与应用过程。该装置主要由连接体以及与连接体相连接的湿化瓶和流量表3部分组成,其核心装置是连接体内的吸氧雾化转换装置。吸氧雾化转换装置主要由氧气进口、雾化接口及湿化瓶氧气过滤芯接口的固定体与用于控制雾化通过孔、湿化瓶氧气过滤芯接口通断的转换阀组成。该装置结构简单、操作方便,可实现吸氧和氧气雾化之间的自由转换,减轻了护士负担,保证了病人安全,值得临床推广。
