目的：分析骨科密闭式硬质容器盒灭菌后湿包的原因，寻求相应的防范措施。方法将我院骨科200套内含常用骨科器械的密闭式硬质容器盒分别按器械在容器盒内的摆放方式、器械包装方式、容器盒的装载方式及真空后续干燥时间分为对照组与试验组进行灭菌，统计不同方式下各组灭菌后的湿包率。结果不同方式下各对照组与试验组的湿包率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。通过分析不同方式对密闭式硬质容器盒灭菌后湿包的影响，改进了器械在容器盒内的摆放方式、器械包装方式、容器盒的装载方式及真空后续干燥时间。结论改进后的灭菌方式有效地改善了密闭式硬质容器盒灭菌后湿包的情况。%Objective To analyze the reason why the orthopaedic closed overweight rigid container became wet after sterilization and explore corresponding preventive measures. Methods Through division of 200 sets of orthopaedic closed rigid containers with common orthopaedic instruments inside into control group and experimental group, sterilization and comparative observation of all the groups were made according to the various replacement, loading and package methods as well as vacuum follow-up time of the instrument inside the container. Then, the wetting rate for each group was calculated. Results There were statistically signiifcant differences (P<0.01) between two groups according to the comparative results. Conclusion Improved replacement, loading and package methods as well as regulated vacuum follow-up time of the orthopaedic instrument could effectively prevent the orthopaedic overweight closed rigid container from being wet after sterilization.
