In the context of the actual situation of appointment registration in Hai’an First People’s Hospital, the paper probed into existing problems in appointment registration and proposed reasonable suggestions for improvement.%本文结合我院预约挂号的实际情况，对目前存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了合理化的应对建议。
