医用耗材采购管理体系建立的探究

医用耗材的采购是其物流管理中的关键环节之一，耗材采购的方式和方法在医院的经营管理中占据着重要的地位。本文针对医院耗材采购领域的现状和不足，通过强化耗材采购工作的职业性地位，优化采购流程和完善技术手段，以及健全PDCA循环机制，构建科学的、现代化的医用耗材采购管理体系，从而促进医院耗材采购业务的发展和技术进步。%Medical consumables procurement is one of the key links in the logistics management. The methods and manners that medical consumables are purchased occupy an important position in the hospital management. This paper focuses on the current condition and inefifciency existing in the process of hospital consumables procurement. Through reinforcing the importance of consumables procurement, optimizing purchasing process and technical means, perfecting PDCA circulation mechanism, a scientiifc and modernization medical consumables procurement management system is constructed. As a result, the procurement business is further developed and procurement technology is improved.
