基于数字化理念的医院医疗器械仓储设施的硬件设计与实现

         

摘要

为保证医疗物资供应的连续性和稳定性,本文介绍了基于数字化理念的医院医疗器械供应链的优化方案,采取开发-试运行-再开发-再运行的螺旋试错方式,顺利完成了从以人力为主到以软件智能引导为主的无缝切换,基本实现了快速、高效、无差错的设计目标.阐述了在供应链的仓储和供应环节中,以作业流程为导向的硬件设计和实施,展示了该方案的实施效果,并对需要改进的问题进行了分析.由于仓内硬件基本由仓储管理系统驱动,整个硬件系统的设计经受了全面的考验并达到了设计要求.%To ensure the continuity and stability of medical supplies, this paper introduced an optimization solution for medical consumables supply chain in hospitals based on digitization, adopted development-commissioning-redevelopment-again run spiral way of trial and error, and successfully completed from human oriented to software intelligent guided seamless switching, basically achieved rapid, efficient and error-free design goal. The workflow oriented hardware design and application in the storage and supply were elaborated, and its effect was also analyzed. Meanwhile, the aspects which needed to be improved were also discussed. Due to the warehouse hardware is basically driven by the warehouse management system, the design of the whole hardware system has been tested and achieved the design requirements.
