基于医卡通的医院门诊自助服务系统的设计与实现

     

摘要

目的:通过门诊自助服务系统的建设,实现对现有的医院门诊就诊流程进行优化,有效地缓解门诊病人“看病难”的问题。方法以医卡通为基础,对医院信息系统(HIS)、医学图像存储与通讯系统(PACS)等应用系统进行集成;针对门诊自助服务系统需求,设计自助办卡、自助挂号等功能模块,完善门诊自助服务系统。结果优化了医院门诊就医流程,患者能够轻松实现自助挂号、自助结算等自助服务。结论减少了患者排队时间,提高了服务质量和效率。%Objective To build outpatient self-service system so as to optimize of the existing hospital outpatient service process and ease the difficulty in seeing a doctor.Methods Based on medical card, hospital related application systems like hospital information system and picture archiving and communication system are integrated, in order to meet needs of outpatient self-service system, functional modules of self-card handling and self-register are designed to improve outpatient self-service system. ResultsHospital outpatient service process was optimized. Patients can easily achieve self-service registration, self-service payment,etc.ConclusionThe system reduces queuing time, improves service quality and efficiency.
