呼吸机应用风险的过程管理及风险案例分析

摘要

目的 探讨呼吸机的应用风险与过程管理,从而促进其安全应用.方法 从呼吸机原理入手,从设备购入前、应用中、使用后各个阶段分析呼吸机应用可能产生的风险并进行过程管理.对呼吸机风险相关案例进行分析.结果 控制呼吸机的应用风险要做好过程管理,包括前期论证,定期培训,使用中的PM巡查,更换保养套件和清洁消毒等.结论 要加强呼吸机日常管理,定期保养和主动维护及质控能很好的降低呼吸机应用风险.%Objective To promote the safe application of the ventilators by exploring the application risk and process management of them. Methods Starting from the principles of ventilator, the possible risks of the application of ventilator were analyzed. The possible risks of ventilator application and conduct process management was analyzed from all stages before, during and after the purchase of equipment. Results The process management was required to control the application risk of ventilators, including preliminary demonstration, regular training, PM inspection in use, replacement of maintenance kit and cleaning and disinfection, etc. Conclusion We should strengthen the daily management, regular maintenance and quality control of ventilators, which can effectively reduce their risk.
