医用无镍不锈钢在血管支架领域的研究进展

         

摘要

Up to now, the materials used to vascular stents are mainly 316L stainless steel and L605 cobalt-base alloys. A large amount of clinical outcomes indicated that there were restenosis after stents implantation. In these two materials, there are a certain proportion of nickel added to improve the mechanical property, however, Ni ion will dissolve out when the materials were immersed in corrosion medium. Biomedical Ni-free stainless steel is an original kind of austenitic steel with element N other than element Ni, which will avoid in-stent restenosis. The mechanical property, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of material should be evaluated before used for vascular stent. So the comparison between Ni-free austenitic stainless steel and traditional stainless steel were performed to manifest the advantages of Ni-free stainless steel used to vascular stent in this paper. The current research progress and product development status were reviewed, and the prospect of Ni-free stainless steel vascular stent's application was looked forward.%目前,应用于临床的血管支架材料主要是316L不锈钢和L605钴基合金,大量临床结果表明支架植入后会发生一定程度的再狭窄现象.这两种材料中均含有一定比例的镍元素,但在腐蚀介质中会发生镍离子的溶出,存在发生支架植入后再狭窄的风险.医用无镍不锈钢是一种以氮代替镍的新型奥氏体不锈钢材料,将其应用于血管支架可避免因镍溶出而引发支架内再狭窄.一种新型支架材料的选择需要从力学性能,耐腐蚀性能及生物相容性几个方面进行评价.因此,本文从以上3个方面将医用无镍不锈钢的性能与传统不锈钢进行对比,阐述了将医用无镍不锈钢应用于血管支架的优势,展望了医用无镍不锈钢在血管支架领域的应用前景.
