Objective To develop a new type of high expansion ratio automatic expandable shelter and a new multi-function medical inspection car. Methods The key technology of large proportion of expandable shelter, multistage drawing slide, overall air conditioning,electrical system,medical system,medical equipment box group,etc.were solved through research and design. Results A high expansion ratio automatic expandable shelter and a multifunction medical inspection car were developed. Conclusion The new high expansion ratio automatic expandable shelter with characteristics of strong ability to adapt to the environment, maneuver ability, large use area, complete function and fast deployment speed, so it has wide application prospect.%目的 研制适应灾害医疗救援要求的新型大扩展比、快速高机动的移动医疗救援平台,并以此平台为基础研制综合了检查检验功能的新型车载医疗方舱.方法 通过研究与设计,解决上下折板式大扩展比方舱、多级自动扩展调平的平面滑道、一体化环境保障系统、电气系统、医疗布局、自动升降的医疗设备箱组等相关的关键技术.结果 研制出具有大扩展面积、高机动性能的新型车载医疗方舱,并以此方舱为基础研制出综合了各类检查检验功能的新型综合医疗处置车.结论 新型的大扩展比智能拓展车载医疗方舱及基于该方舱的检查检验车,具有环境适应能力强、机动能力强、使用面积大、功能齐全、部署速度快的特点,具有广阔的使用前景.
