电子体温计在临床使用的现状分析

摘要

As is known to all, human body temperature is a basic vital sign, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The accuracy, safety and ease of temperature measurement are closely related to the choice of thermometers. This paper aims to understand the current situation of electronic thermometer in clinical use and analyze its limitations. The positive measures of electronic thermometer in clinical promotion were summarized, which included the selection of electronic thermometer manufacturers and the training of medical staff. It was suggested that relevant institutions should strengthen the theoretical support and evidence-based basis for electronic thermometer nursing, gradually improve the management standard and management mode of electronic thermometer to standardize the management of electronic thermometers. This paper provides further scientific evidence for the clinical use of electronic thermometer.%人体体温作为基础生命体征,在疾病的诊治过程中尤为重要.体温测量的准确性、安全性、简便性与体温计的选择密切相关,本文旨在了解电子体温计在临床使用的现状,分析其使用的局限性,进而总结电子体温计在临床上推广的积极措施,包括对电子体温计厂家的选择,对医护人员的培训,加强对电子体温计护理相关规范的理论支持和循证依据,逐步完善电子体温计的管理标准和管理模式,以规范医疗机构对电子体温计的管理等.本文为电子体温计在临床上使用提供进一步的科学依据.
