Beginning from our own need during the routine work, this paper give a brief introduction of the detailed requirements for quality assurance and quality control of the magnetic resonance equipment, and also listed the contents for instal ation and acceptance testing after it arrival, including the acceptance of the arrival goods, system instal ation, acceptance testing, and image quality approval. The high quality of magnetic resonance equipment instal ation and acceptance is a meaningful work, because it wil not only ensure the interests of the hospital, but also provide high quality and safety magnetic resonance equipment for clinical application. This work also shows the important roles of clinical engineers and technicists during the process of quality control.% 本文从自身开展的实际工作出发，概况阐述了磁共振设备的质量保证和质量控制的具体要求，介绍到货安装验收检测的各项工作内容，主要包括了到货货物验收、系统安装验收检测、影像质量验收等。做好磁共振设备的到货安装验收，不仅能够确保医院的利益，同时也关系的磁共振设备的临床应用质量及安全，是一项非常现实而且有意义的一项工作，也是医院临床工程技术人员在质量保证中作用的体现。
