Usual y, it is dififcult to judge whether a subject of dental ifeld should be granted because of special composition of tooth and wide range of applications in this ifeld. The article introduces various situations of no patent right should be granted in dental ifeld on the basis of cases, and gives some constructive suggestions about application drafting and modiifcation.%由于牙齿的特殊组成以及牙科医疗领域专利申请的涉及面广泛，对于该领域主题的可授权性常常难以判断。本文从案例出发，介绍了牙科医疗领域的多种不授权情况，并对申请撰写及修改方面给出建议性的意见。
