利用医院感染实时监控系统提高监控效率

摘要

目的：采取信息化技术，实现医院感染过程监控和提高监控效率。方法利用先进的网络技术和感染病例筛查策略，研发医院感染实时监控系统。结果：RT-NISCS采集HIS、LIS、RIS等系统中医院感染相关数据，建立感染信息基础数据库，制定适合的感染病例筛查策略，实现了感染预警病病例的自动筛查，并推送到医生工作站与医生沟通，使临床医生参与到感染病例的诊断、报告、防控措施的实施和记录、评估；利用聚集性事件的规律，制订阈值，及时发现并预警感染聚集性事件，减少医院感染暴发隐患。利用计算机强大的统计分析能力，对医院感染情况进行分析处理，生成各种统计报表和图像，提高监控效率。结论：RT-NISCS达到高效率的医院感染监测和及时干预，实现了感染患者住院期间的全过程监测和防控，对降低医院感染率起到了极大地促进作用。%Objective: Take the information technology, the realization of hospital infection process monitoring and improve the monitoring efifciency. The system use aggregation event rule to formulate the threshold. Timely detection and early warning of infection clusters of events, To reduce the hospital infection outbreak risks.
