Objective To investigate the effect of skin and soft tissue expansion technique and its effect on scar recovery in facial and cervical scar surgery. Methods 100 patients with face and neck scar operation were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (control group, n = 50) and the skin and soft tissue expansion technique (observation group, n = 100). The total effective rate and complication rate were compared. Results The time needed to complete dilatation, the rate of immediate retraction and the ratio of I/III collagen after operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group. The level of OHP was higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05). In the observation group, only 1 case was infected, the complication rate was 2％, while in the control group, there were 1 case of infection, 6 cases of skin redness or sweat rash, and the complication rate was 14 (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The technique of skin tissue expansion can improve the quality of operation, ensure clinical safety and improve the prognosis of scar recovery.%目的 探讨面颈部瘢痕手术中应用皮肤软组织扩张技术效果及对瘢痕恢复的影响.方法 选择面颈部瘢痕手术的患者100例,均为我院2015年1月至2019年1月收治,随机分组,就采用常规方法治疗(对照组,n=50)与采用皮肤软组织扩张技术治疗(观察组,n=50)总有效率、并发症率展开对比.结果 观察组所收治病例完成扩张所需要时间、治疗过程中即时回缩率情况、术后I/III型胶原比值经评估均较对照组少,皮肤扩张率情况、OHP含量水平经评估均多于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P ＜0.05).观察组仅感染1例,并发症率为2％;对照组感染1例,皮肤发红或汗疹6例,并发症率为14％,差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05).结论 颈部瘢痕手术中,应用皮肤组织扩张技术,可提高手术质量,保障临床安全,改善瘢痕恢复预后.
