心理护理及健康教育在烧伤整形患者中的应用观察

         

摘要

目的:研究并分析心理护理及健康教育在烧伤整形患者中的应用方式。方法:将我院在2014年1月到2014年6月收治的42例烧伤整形患者纳入本研究,按随机方式分为观察组与常规护理组,观察组除使用常规护理方式外,还对患者开展心理护理与健康教育,对照组采取为常规护理法,采用SAS评分评判两组患者焦虑情况,采用我院自制量表评价患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:结果显示,观察组患者SAS评分与护理满意度均高于常规护理组,上述数据组间比较差异显著(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:对于烧伤整形患者,不仅要开展科学的治疗,还要在治疗基础上应用针对性的心理护理与健康教育措施,这对于患者的康复有着十分积极的意义。%Objective:To study and analyze the application of psychological nursing and health education in burn and plastic surgery in the patients with. Methods:our hospital 42 cases included in the study in 2014 January to burn and plastic surgery patients in our hospital from June 2014,according to randomly divided into the observation group and routine nursing group in observation group use routine care,but also to carry out psychological nursing and health education of patients,the control group took the regular nursing method, using the SAS scale evaluation of two groups of patients with anxiety,using self-designed scale evaluation of patients to nursing job satisfaction. Results:the results showed that the scores of SAS in patients, observation and nursing satisfaction were higher than the routine nursing group,the data of the differences between groups was significant(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:for the patients with burn and plastic surgery,not only to the treatment of development of science,but also in the treatment on the basis of the application of targeted psychological nursing and health education measures, which have the very positive significance for the rehabilitation of the patients.
