目的：观察中草药内服外敷联合针灸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年6月至2013年12月我院收治的40例黄褐斑患者，按随机数字表分为对照组20例，观察组20例，观察组行中药与针灸联合治疗，对照组单用中药治疗，对两组患者治疗情况进行分析。结果：观察组治疗显效患者15例，占总比例的75%，显著优于对照组治疗显效患者8例，占总比例的40%，（P＜0.05）差异有统计学意义。观察组治疗有效率为90%，显著高于对照组治疗有效率为70%，（P＜0.05）差异有统计学意义。结论：中药与针灸联合治疗黄褐斑效果显著，起效快，效果显著，值得临床进一步推广。%Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on chloasma. Methods:40 cases of chloasma patients in the hospital from February,2010 to February,2013 were randomly divided into control group with 20 cases and observation group with 20 cases. The observation group were treated with Chinese medicine and acupuncture combination therapy,and the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment of the two groups were analyzed. Results:15 cases had significant effect in the treatment group,with the total proportion of 75%,which was significantly better than 8 cases with significant effect in the treatment group,with the total proportion of 40% (P< 0.05). The difference was statistically significant. The effective rate of treatment group was 90%,which was significantly higher than 70% effective rate in the control group (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combination therapy in the treatment of chloasma has significant effect,rapid onset and obvious effect,and it is worthy of further promotion.
