目的：对地奈德乳膏与他克莫司软膏序贯疗法治疗面部复发性皮炎的效果进行分析探讨。方法将我院2014年2月～2014年12月收治的92例面部复发性皮炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组46例患者以他克莫司软膏治疗，观察组患者以地奈德入乳膏与他克莫司软膏序贯疗法治疗，持续14天，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者在治疗前的症状积分不具备显著性差异（P＞0.05），治疗1周后不具备显著性差异（P＞0.05），治疗两周后，观察组症状积分与对照组相比有明显降低（P＜0.05）。对照组治疗有效率82.61%，观察组有效率95.65%，与对照组相比，观察组治疗有效率更高（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论以地奈德乳膏与他克莫司乳膏序贯疗法治疗面部复发性皮炎效果显著、操作简便，值得临床上推广应用。%Objective To analyze the desonide cream and tacrolimus ointment sequential therapy in the treatment of Facial Recurrent Dermatitis effect. Methods In our hospital from 2014 ~ February were randomly divided into 92 cases of Facial Recurrent Dermatitis Patients in 2014 December were as the control group and observation group, 46 cases in the control group were treated with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of patients in the observation group, with desonide cream and tacrolimus ointment into sequential therapy, duration of 14 days, compared two groups of patients.Results The two groups of patients did not have significant difference before treatment symptom score (P>0.05), after 1 weeks of treatment has no significant difference (P>0.05), after two weeks of treatment, the observation group symptoms compared with the control group decreased significantly (P<0.05). The effective rate of the control group 82.61%, the effective rate of observation group was 95.65%, compared with the control group, the effective rate of treatment group was higher (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Desonide cream and tacrolimus cream sequential therapy in the treatment of Facial Recurrent Dermatitis, obvious effect, simple operation, worthy of clinical application.
